Materials and Product Models
- Nano rare earth polishing slurries have a particle-size range of 5 nm–200 nm. The range includes three product grades: nano cerium oxide, nano lanthanum oxide and nano rare earth polishing slurry.
- Nano rare earth polishing powders include XYCX-400, XYCX-600 and XYCX-800.
Applications
The products are used for ultra-smooth polishing of silicon wafers, gallium arsenide wafers, sapphire substrates and semiconductor compound crystal substrates. They also support ultra-smooth polishing of LCD surfaces, optical discs, prisms, mirrors, laser optoelectronic components and precision optical elements.
